Club TT Courses

Its been a while since I had a proper crack at the club TTs and thought this year it might be worth a go, if I can wangle being at home in the week. However, I'm not totally sure of the courses. Am I right in thinking the following:

1. Llety Gwyn is the "old" 10 course going from llety Gwyn up the A44, turning right down the Rheidol valley, turn in the road and return?
2. Lovesgrove. What is the course for this? Is this the Powergen course, starting at the Power Station, onto the A44 to the r/about and return?
3. The Southgate 25. Last 25 I did was from Bow Street to Mach and back. What is this course?

You've got the first 2 right. Can't help with the 25 though as I've never done it.

The '25' is about 22 miles and starts at Midfield Caravan Park goes to Devil's Bridge, Ponterwyd and along A44 to finish opposite layby just b4 Lovesgrove rab.
Mach 25 is out of action this year cos of road improvements at Glandyfi... Does mean the record will be beaten next year though
