Wheelset and tri bars required

I need a second wheelset to swap onto my cross bike for road based riding. I'm not after anything fancy. Something like a basic shimano or mavic aksiums which will take a shimano 10speed.

I'm also after some cheap clip on bars for time trialing. Again these will be going onto my cross bike so I need to get as low as possible as the bike is set up a little taller at the front than a road bike. Preferably the sort where the bars clip on under the drop bars to get the extra drop in height.

Anyone got anything they don't want?
